Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@failedexp.com and we will issue a full refund.

After the 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued outside the 7-day window in the following cases:

  • Significant service outages that prevented you from using the Service
  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error
  • Charges made after a cancellation was confirmed

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@failedexp.com with your account email and a brief description of your reason. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to free-tier usage.
