Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment and have used 3 or fewer analyses, contact us at support@failedexp.com and we will issue a full refund.
If you have used more than 3 analyses within the 7-day window, your subscription may not qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on actual usage.
After the 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued outside the 7-day window in the following cases:
- Service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, confirmed by our status page or support logs
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error
- Charges made after a cancellation was confirmed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@failedexp.com with your account email and a brief description of your reason. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
